Secure Your Profits with CRS Warranty Options  

 

St. Paul, MN – CRS announced new reseller warranty extension and same-day advanced exchange options for SAM4s products, including POS terminals, printers, ECRs, pole displays and cash drawers plus all SNBC POS transaction printers. 

 

“Dealers rely more heavily upon manufacturers to expediently provide spares and back up units than ever,” said Bruce Mann, VP of Marketing at CRS. “Many dealers are also moving to SAAS models and are requesting manufacturer’s hardware warranties match the term of the SAAS agreement in order to mitigate risk. CRS now offers competitively priced extended warranty and advanced exchange warranty options to satisfy these requirements.” 

 

CRS warranty options are available at the time of equipment purchase, or within 30-days of purchase from CRS or an authorized distributor. In summary, warranty options include:

  • Up to five year Advance Exchange Warranty
  • Standard warranties can be extended up to five years 

 

All a dealer needs to do when encountering a defective product is call CRS service or a customer service representative at 800-333-4949. Under the advance exchange warranty, replacement product is shipped the same business day by a next day service (if reported before 2:30 pm Central Time).
